Job summary

Saint Francis Health System is seeking an APRN, CNP II for the Yale Campus - Warren Clinic Tower in Tulsa, OK. This full-time role requires collaboration with physicians and health care teams to provide comprehensive clinical services under state nurse practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher level educational program in an advanced practice nursing area from an accredited program.
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license with APRN license and prescriptive authority.
• 1 year related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services including assessment, intervention and evaluation of care within the scope of practice.
• Collaborates with physicians and health care providers to provide coordinated services.
• Documents services per policies, including medical records, billing and care plans.
• Performs procedures and treatments as necessary and according to protocols; may initiate drug therapy with physician consultation when appropriate.
• Provides patient education to promote wellness and supports safety and quality initiatives.
