Job summary

Watson Clinic LLP in Lakeland, FL is seeking an experienced APRN or PA to join the Breast Surgery team on a part-time basis. You will work alongside Dr. Dupont and a dedicated Breast Surgery team in a physician-owned, multi-specialty practice, providing independent and collaborative care to patients.

Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluation, follow-up, patient education and participation in the high-risk breast cancer program, with a focus on benign breast disease management.

Qualifications

• Licensed APRN or PA-C.
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Primary Care, OB/GYN or General Surgery background preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent patient communication.
• Someone who enjoys both independent practice and collaborative care.
