Just Kids Pediatrics in Bethany, OK, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our pediatric team. The role offers a 34-hour patient-facing week (paid for 40), a four-day work week, and full-time pay ranging from $105,000 to $120,000+ based on experience.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts. We provide comprehensive benefits and a supportive, team-focused environment that prioritizes kids and family balance.

Qualifications

• Requires NP or PA-C license.
• 2+ years as a practicing NP/PA-C preferred.
• Pediatric care experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and care for pediatric patients from well visits to urgent care.
• Conduct exams and provide treatment plans.
• Document in EMR and collaborate with the care team.
• Respond to emergencies and prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Educate and support families throughout care.
