Just Kids Pediatrics seeks a compassionate Physician (MD or DO) to join our Your Health & Wellness Bethany location, serving patients across the lifespan in a family-friendly Oklahoma City metro community. You’ll provide primary care, supervise NP/PA-C, and collaborate with a supportive team in a mission-driven practice.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $230,000–$250,000 annually, with potential for part-time and a schedule that aims for work–life balance and community impact.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Oklahoma medical license (current or eligible).
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care, wellness exams, and health screenings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

This is a unique role as you will be the sole MD/DO for Your Health & Wellness alongside our amazing Nurse Practitioners allowing you to play a huge role in growing this practice.

Physician Responsibilities
