Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters-level Nurse Practitioner credentials and state licensure in Florida.
• Active BLS/CPR certification per American Heart Association.
• Privileging and credentialing required for this role.
• Experience with acute care or hospital settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and performs comprehensive exams.
• Executes indicated diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Instructs patients on health promotion and maintenance.
• Works within a multidisciplinary team to manage care.
• Provides follow-up and preventive care per standards.
• Maintains accurate patient records across in-person and virtual visits.
• Summarizes data during rounds to guide decisions.
