InnovaCare Physician Management Services, LLC is seeking physicians to provide comprehensive care to adults with acute and chronic illnesses. You will collect patient data, order and interpret tests, and coordinate with nurses and specialists while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, patient education, disease prevention, and clear communication of test results and treatment plans.

Formación

• Direct patient assessment and diagnosis according to standards of care.
• Ability to record and maintain patient information with HIPAA compliance.
• Capable of advising patients on prevention, nutrition and activity.
• Coordinate care with nurses, assistants and specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Treat adults with illnesses and acute or chronic health concerns.
• Collect, record, and maintain patient information per HIPAA.
• Prescribe or administer treatments, medications, vaccines, and therapies.
• Examine patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Advise on diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Explain procedures and discuss test results with patients.
• Monitor patient progress and reevaluate treatments as needed.
• Direct and coordinate activities of medical staff.
• Perform in-clinic procedures to improve function.
• Conduct research to test treatments or procedures.
• Spend 100% of time on direct patient care.
