Palms Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide high-quality patient care across the family unit, both independently and in collaboration with other clinicians. The APRN will deliver health promotion, disease prevention and counseling across the patient lifespan within PMG policies and protocols.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, maintaining EHRs, and contributing to QA/QI

Formación

• Must be organized, self-starter and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Travel and cover other sites during provider absences.
• Coach, mentor and train clinical staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care within scope of training.
• Develop treatment plans for patients per PMG policies.
• Prescribe medications per state and federal laws.
• Maintain the electronic health record (EHR) per PMG guidelines.
• Assist in medical data collection for QA/QI and grants.
• Participate in community service and health promotion programs.
