Job summary

Vera Whole Health WA PC in South Tacoma, WA is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (APP) to deliver patient-centered primary care with longer appointment times and a collaborative care team. You will provide lasting, whole-person care to build meaningful patient relationships and improve health outcomes.

You will manage preventive, acute, and chronic care for about 12–16 patients per day in a value-based model, with support from a multidisciplinary team and resources that empower you to

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Board Certification as an NP or PA.
• Current DEA registration.
• Primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience preferred.
• Passion for relationship-based, whole-person care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary care services in a patient-centered environment.
• Build trusted relationships and help patients achieve their health goals.
• Partner with patients and the care team, including a Whole Health Coach, to develop personalized care plans.
• Provide preventive care, acute care, chronic disease management, and care coordination.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives that drive exceptional patient outcomes.

Compensation Range: $124,736.00 to $187,103.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good‑faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
