Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced MES Support and Implementation Engineer in the United States to maintain and enhance MES applications with a focus on SQL and Dassault Apriso (2017/2019). The role involves providing L2/L3 support, implementing plant-specific MES features, and collaborating with BI, ERP, CBS IT, and MQ teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, hands-on MES experience, and knowledge of manufacturing domain processes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience in Dassault Apriso (2017/2019) development and support.
• Good understanding of manufacturing domain processes (production, quality, inventory, etc.).
• Experience in application support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for existing MES applications by analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving tickets and production issues.
• Design, develop, and implement plant-specific MES functionalities using Dassault Apriso 2019.
• Support testing and validation of enhancements, bug fixes, and hot patches in Simulation and Integration environments.
• Raise PRs and CRs when issue resolution requires code or configuration changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI, ERP, CBS IT, and MQ teams to resolve integration-related or cross-system issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Ensure timely resolution of user-reported incidents and provide effective end-user support.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, performance, and user experience.
