Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks a Senior Apriso Developer to lead DELMIA Apriso design, development, and deployment across multi-location manufacturing. You will translate business requirements into scalable Apriso solutions, configuring workflows, forms, reports, and integrations with ERP, CRM, MES and PLM.

You will mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and work with IT and business stakeholders to deliver reliable MES implementations, perform testing, and support deployments across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Master's degree may be considered with relevant experience.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for DELMIA Apriso development and implementation
• Design, develop, configure, and implement Apriso solutions based on business requirements
• Develop and configure Apriso workflows, forms, reports, and other system components
• Customize Apriso functionality to support business and manufacturing requirements
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Apriso technical solutions
• Configure workflows and business processes within the Apriso platform
• Create and maintain custom forms and reporting solutions
• Integrate Apriso with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, supply chain management, and other applications
• Design and support MES integrations across enterprise manufacturing environments
• Develop interfaces between Apriso and external systems using APIs, and web services
• Work with databases including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
• Develop and optimize stored procedures and complex SQL queries
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and debugging of Apriso solutions
• Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes of technical problems
• Validate Apriso solutions against business requirements and expected functionality
• Support deployment and implementation activities across manufacturing locations
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Gather and clarify technical and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Provide technical recommendations and identify opportunities to improve Apriso solutions
• Develop reusable solutions and contribute to development standards and best practices
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased team efficiency
• Help establish and maintain best practices for Apriso development and implementation
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to support team growth
• Support enterprise manufacturing execution system initiatives across multiple locations
• Work with MES, ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems as required
• Support application integration, troubleshooting, and production issues
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and solution architecture activities
• Maintain technical documentation for Apriso configurations, integrations, and custom development
• Support monthly travel to various company locations as required
• Perform additional Apriso development, MES, integration, and technical responsibilities as assigned

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Master's degree in a related discipline may be considered with applicable professional experience.
