Job summary

OJUS LLC is seeking a qualified professional to support enterprise tools for Requirements Management, FMEA, and Control Plans in Peoria, IL. You will gather feedback, define requirements, and assist prioritization of tool enhancements while collaborating with IT and vendors.

The role also involves user training, process documentation, and improving tool adoption through continuous improvement activities across APQP-related processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Engineering software tools and process improvements.
• Experience with requirements management and quality systems.
• Ability to document requirements, support testing, and develop training materials.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise tools for Requirements Management, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Gather stakeholder and user feedback to define requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Coordinate project activities, track progress, and communicate status with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and deploy enhancements.
• Provide user training materials and process documentation to improve adoption of APQP tools.
• Support development and analytics of Power BI dashboards to increase visibility of product development performance.
