Job summary

State Street seeks an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead Application Detection and Response across enterprise apps. You will design, implement, and support ADR capabilities, integrating runtime protections and monitoring into the AppSec and DevSecOps programs.

You will partner with Engineering and Security teams to operationalize ADR, triage incidents, develop detection use cases, and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in AppSec, ADR, and DevSecOps.
• Proven expertise in SSDLC and runtime protection.
• Ability to design ADR capabilities for visibility into threats.
• Strong collaboration with development, engineering and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement ADR strategy with runtime application security monitoring.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security Operations, Cloud Security and Development teams to operationalize ADR technologies.
• Lead deployment, onboarding, and support of ADR platforms with enterprise integration.
• Monitor and investigate application-layer security events and anomalous behavior detectable by ADR.
• Triage, prioritize, and remediate security findings and attack indicators in applications.
• Develop use cases, detection logic, alerts, and response workflows to improve threat visibility.
• Integrate ADR platforms with incident response processes.
• Deliver security reports, dashboards, and executive summaries on threats and remediation.
• Develop ADR, AppSec, and DevSecOps documentation and standards.
• Support audits with evidence and process adherence for monitoring capabilities.
