C & B Operations offers an apprenticeship for becoming a John Deere technician in Roscoe, SD. You will work full-time in our shop under experienced technicians, travel to Mitchell, SD for monthly in-class instruction, and earn an apprenticeship certification over 2–3 years.

Tools packages are provided, and the program includes paid travel, lodging, and meals. This hands-on learning directly supports your education and career growth in agricultural equipment technology.

C & B Operations: We have 38 John Deere dealership location across 6 states and want to transform regular people into certified John Deere experts!

How it works:
Work in our shop full-time under experienced technicians.
Travel to Mitchell, South Dakota for 1 week each month for in-class instruction and hands-on learning.(Travel, Food, Lodging, and Class is all paid for)
Return to the shop and apply what you learned.
Repeat for 2-3 years (2 years with prior mechanic experience, 3 years with none).

NEED TOOLS? -- We have a $3,000 and $7,500 package for you to choose from. Work for us for 3 years and the tools are yours.

Earn money while earning your John Deere Apprenticeship Certification WHILE getting work experience.

You’ll learn to:
