Job summary

Star Tech Academy offers a paid six-month training program for individuals aiming to become certified HVAC technicians. As a full-time employee from day one, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package and real-world hands-on experience in collaboration with experienced technicians.

Classes begin November 9th, with a guaranteed job upon graduation and ongoing training for two additional years. Training is provided by American Vintage Home, serving the North Shore area.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position - no prior experience required.
• Aptitude for working with hands, tools, and mechanical systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with colleagues and customers.
• Physical ability to do the job (lift 50 pounds, use ladders…).
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
