Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Installer to join our team. This role installs windows and doors on job sites, focusing on precise carpentry work, trim, and protecting customer property during installs.

Opportunities range from Apprentice ($20–$24/hour) to Lead Installer ($35–$40/hour). Requires ability to read blueprints, travel as needed, and a strong work ethic. On-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Two years construction-related experience required.
• High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building specs.
• Must possess or be willing to be tested for Missouri Class E driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors at job sites following company policies.
• Perform rough framing, finish carpentry, interior trim, base, casing and crown molding work.
• Assist in glass replacement and repairs.
• Support field training for other installers.
• Identify and repair service-related issues and maintain safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and protect customer property.
