Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass the TMA Entrance Exam.
• Access to a computer and internet for coursework.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured five-year apprenticeship program combining classroom instruction and on‑the‑job training.
• Complete three years of related classroom instruction through the Technology & Manufacturing Association (TMA).
• Complete a minimum of five years of progressive, mentored on‑the‑job training.
• Learn tooling, machining, precision measurement, and problem‑solving skills.
• Maintain academic performance to remain in good standing.
