Igloo Products Corp. is seeking qualified manufacturing professionals to support Tool & Die operations in a fast-growing plastics environment. Candidates should have extensive experience in tool and die making for plastic molding, with strong blueprint reading and layout skills.

Applicants must be fluent in English, able to stand for long shifts, and capable of precision machining and assembly in a production setting. This full-time role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: Minimum five (5) years of Tool and Die Making manufacturing plastic molding experience.
• English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Understanding of shop mathematics.
• Knows metal properties, and can demonstrate layout, machining, and assembly procedures.

Standing & Walking

Roles may involve extended periods (up to 12 hours) of standing and walking, including moving at a brisk pace and occasional stair climbing.
