Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies, Audi Thornhill is seeking an Apprentice Technician to join our service team. You will perform general vehicle maintenance and minor repairs under supervision, assisting the Automotive Service Technician and learning manufacturer guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, keen attention to detail, and a valid Ontario driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience, plus a desire to grow in a professional auto service environment with

• Strong product knowledge.
• Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Technician experience an asset.
• General Service Department experience an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with 3+ years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general vehicle maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist the Automotive Service Technician, as necessary
• Examine the vehicle assigned to determine if additional maintenance or safety work is required or recommended
• Road test vehicles, as required
• Restock the supplies in the Service Department
• Tag replaced parts for warranty or customer requests
• Keep up-to-date on manufacturer technical bulletins

Pay Rate: $20-$25/Hour
