Job summary

Jobtailor in Davenport, IA is seeking an entry‑level Service Technician assistant to support installation and repair of environmental control systems. You will assist seasoned technicians, apply HVAC theory, and help read blueprints while ensuring safety and asset security on customer sites.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age when starting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license held for a minimum of 12 months.
• No major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• Technical school certificates and/or formal HVAC training/experience are not required but may be considered when determining proficiency level and starting compensation.
• Strong desire to learn a trade and directly impact the world around you.
• Safety Sensitive role may require passing additional drug screening.
