Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking an hands-on team member to assist with the assembly and installation of sheet metal products under supervision. You will work with various tools and materials to support field operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork as you operate and maintain tools, review safety plans, and complete required trade training while contributing to a clean, orderly job site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. Craft training is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and actively contributes to a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.
• Must have basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install sheet metal products with precision.
• Adjustments/alterations as necessary to ensure fit.
• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment and tools.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and orderly.
• Follow project task safety plans and procedures.
• Use PPE and safety equipment properly.
• Complete trade-related training as required.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job Summary

Assists with the assembly and installation of sheet metal products. Works with various types of tools, materials and equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.

Essential Duties

• Plays a vital role in assembling and installing sheet metal products, ensuring precision through adjustments and alterations as necessary.
• Conducts assigned daily job requirements with the utmost safety, quality, and productivity in mind.
• Operates and maintains a variety of equipment and tools. Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Familiarizes self with project task safety plans, documentation, practices and procedures and executes them during the work day.
• Has and maintains proper use of all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
• Completes trade-related training as required.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED. Craft training is preferred.
