Western Heating and Cooling in Boise, ID is seeking an Apprentice Service Plumber to join the Veteran’s Plumbing department. This entry-level role starts with paid apprentice wages and progresses toward journeyman pay, supporting a family-owned company with decades of service.

You will work on servicing and repairing plumbing systems, learning under skilled journeymen, and contributing to high customer satisfaction as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of plumbing experience.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems per codes.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues accurately and efficiently.
• Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely.
• Ensure work meets local codes and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Document work performed and materials used.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and appearance.
