Job summary

Horizon Commercial Pools in Arden Hills, MN is offering a Registered Apprenticeship Program to train the next generation of Pool Service Technicians. You will earn while you learn, starting at $24/hour and advancing through stages of the program.

No pool experience is required; the program builds skills from the ground up and leads to a nationally recognized Journeyworker credential from the U.S. Department of Labor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing).
• No prior pool, plumbing, or HVAC experience required — this program is designed to build those skills from the ground up.
• Must meet minimum age requirement of 18 as required by the apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Learn repairs, installations, renovations, and maintenance on real customer sites alongside Journey-level Technicians.
• Work with experienced technicians to develop hands-on skills toward a certified trade.
• Learn customer service and professional communication on-site.
