Job summary

Horizon Commercial Pools offers a 24‑month Registered Apprenticeship Program in Arden Hills, MN to train Pool Service Technicians. You'll learn repairs, installations, renovations, and maintenance on real customer sites under skilled mentors.

This paid, structured program includes RTI, safety training, and a pathway to full Journeyman status. The program features a wage progression starting at $24/hour, 8‑hour daytime shifts, and benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing).
• No prior pool, plumbing, or HVAC experience required — this program is designed to build those skills from the ground up.
• Prior experience in plumbing, repair, HVAC, or pool/spa industries is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn repairs, installations, renovations, and maintenance on real customer sites.
• Work alongside Journey-level Technicians to gain hands-on experience.
• Build a trade skillset through structured training and mentorship.
