Service Technician

First-year Roto-Rooter service technicians can expect top pay, earning an average of $55,000. Pay increases quickly with experience.

We provide an initial 12-week paid sewer and drain service training, along with ongoing training at our plumbing school. Your daily duties will include providing sewer and drain services to residential and commercial customers. Additionally, you will have opportunities to shadow licensed plumbers to gain apprentice hours and knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing cost estimates to customers.
• Unclogging and cleaning sewers and drains using Roto-Rooter equipment.
• Documenting estimates and invoices via written reports and smartphone.
• Collecting payments and completing service calls efficiently.
• Maintaining excellent communication with customers.

While mechanical aptitude is desirable, prior plumbing experience is not necessary.
