• Lead/Master plumbers are senior level and operate their own truck.
• State-mandated certifications/licensing are required by the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes company pricing and forms on each call.
• Wears floor savers and keeps a neat work area during repairs or service.
• Tests all aspects of the job before leaving to ensure proper operation and minimize callbacks.
• Explains services performed to the client and ensures 100% satisfaction.
• Maintains a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Keeps vehicles clean inside and out at all times.
