Qualifications
- Commitment to completing the required on-the-job and classroom training.
Responsibilities
- Assist in installing and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Support licensed plumbers in assembling and repairing components.
- Learn to interpret blueprints for plumbing layouts.
- Participate in troubleshooting plumbing issues.
- Maintain tools and worksite cleanliness.
- Follow safety protocols and plumbing codes.
- Attend classroom training and coursework.
Skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic mechanical aptitude
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Enrollment in a NH-approved plumbing apprenticeship program
8,000 hours on-the-job training and 600 hours classroom instruction
