Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in Pittsburgh is seeking an Apprentice Plumber to start a career with a nationally recognized brand. You’ll complete paid training over 12 weeks and earn while you learn, while the company guides you through licensing steps to advance.

As an apprentice, you’ll diagnose service calls, provide cost estimates, perform repairs, document work and invoices, and collect payment on each job. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable; prior plumbing experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Make the necessary repairs for the customer.

First year Roto-Rooter service technicians can expect top-pay, earning $55,000, on average. Pay increases quickly with each year of experience.

Roto-Rooter provides an initial 12 weeks of paid training plus continual training in our plumbing school. You’ll earn while you learn the trade, and we’ll guide you through the plumber licensing process to help you advance.

• Roto-Rooter plumbing apprentices/service technicians utilize their skills to provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
