POSITION:

We are seeking CONFIDENT and ENERGETIC Apprentice Pilates Instructors to join our Club Pilates Arizona family!

The studios seeking Apprentice Pilates Instructors include:

Anthem, Arcadia, Chandler, Desert Ridge, East Mesa, Flagstaff, Gainey Ranch, Gilbert, Moon Valley, North Gilbert, Old Town Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Queen Creek, Scottsdale Promenade, Scottsdale Shea, and Tempe.

The ideal candidate will be POSITIVE and ENTHUSIASTIC, with a passion for supporting our team and community by helping others live their best lives through health and fitness. If you are a professional apprentice instructor who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, FRIENDLY, and eager to learn, while building relationships with clients and leading dynamic apparatus-focused workouts (using Balanced Body Reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, spring boards, ballet barre, and more), you'll be a great addition to our team! We seek apprentice instructors confident in working with all levels to provide challenging, safe, and effective Pilates classes in group and private settings. Club Pilates offers blocked scheduling, multiple level classes, club membership, continuing education, employee status (not independent contractor), room for growth, and a fun, supportive environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Enrolled in a Pilates Certification Program, with testing out as an Apprentice

• Experience teaching group classes

• Ability to demonstrate effective group Pilates instruction

• Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style

• Ability to use a contemporary approach to classical exercises

• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated

• Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment

• Strong customer service and professional communication skills

• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver Pilates group reformer classes according to Club Pilates standards

• Instruct clients (up to 12 per class) using proper form and safe methods on equipment such as Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc.

• Conduct private, semi-private, demo, or additional sessions as needed

• Inspect equipment before classes to ensure safety and good condition

• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

• Assist with membership sales and client check-in

• Promote retail and membership sales to increase studio revenue

• Motivate and inspire clients, embodying the motto: "Do Pilates. Do Life."
