Job description

Apprentice Passive Geolocation Operator

Position available upon contract award!

BTS Software Solutions is seeking to fill the position of Geo-Location Operator to support operations in Ft Gordon, GA.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Poly

What You'll Do

1. Provide 24/7 operational support to the government.
2. Operate in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to provide active geolocation, report, and database results.
3. Use various tools and databases, monitor data flow architecture, identify and communicate problems or discrepancies, troubleshoot, and provide guidance to customers.
4. Create graphic presentations for the Division's Weekly Activity Report and briefings.
5. Educate supported units about capabilities.

Qualifications

1. At least 2 years of recent experience in geolocation and with communications IC collection equipment.
2. Experience with ground, airborne, and/or national geo-location systems is preferred.
3. Experience processing collection data files.
4. Availability to work any day, any shift, 24/7 in government-designated spaces.
5. DF or RF Operations experience with NSA, SCE, other intel agencies, or government contractors; successful completion of Passive Certification program.
6. Willingness to work beyond normal hours, including weekends, holidays, and in adverse conditions.
7. Experience in target areas like the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia is beneficial.
8. Additional certifications, technologies, and wireless expertise are highly desirable.
9. Desired Languages: Arabic (Yemeni, Iraqi, Maghrabi), Farsi, Pashto, Russian, Mandarin, Korean, Chechen, Somali.
10. Desired Certifications: Real-Time RF COMINT Collection, T/FDOA Geo Operations, NSAG Geolocation Qualification Course, SCE Collection Operator Cert.
11. Highly Desired Certifications: NSAG Geolocation Qualification Course / SCE Collection Operator Cert.
