Job summary

Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a Full-time Finisher to maintain a safe, clean environment and perform basic finishing work under the Finisher Lead. You will paint, repair, stain, and apply finishes to interior surfaces while following blueprints and site guidelines.

Responsibilities include collaborating with supervisors and trades, documenting work, and assisting in project preparation. A valid driver’s license is preferred to support on-site tasks and equipment handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of relevant finishing work experience is required.
• Preferred: LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and collaborates with supervisor, customer, and other trades to ensure quality, timely, cost-effective maintenance.
• Under the guidance of the Finisher Lead, performs basic finishing work including painting, wallpaper repair, staining and other finishes to decorate and protect interior surfaces.
• Documents procedures and work completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assists in reviewing project blueprints, developing estimates, placing orders and preparing sites for construction, installation, replacement and/or repair.
• Ensures proper care, maintenance and safe use of equipment and supplies and keep work areas orderly, clean and safe.
