Job summary

TeamVision is seeking an Optical Sales Associate in Everett, WA to guide patients in selecting eyewear, take precise measurements, and complete orders with accuracy. You will collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and ensure eyewear meets standards.

The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of optical products, and comfort with POS systems. Weekend/evening availability is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with strong customer service and math skills.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Familiar with POS and patient record systems; willing to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure quality.
• Operate POS, handle transactions, and explain delivery times.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and support weekend/evening shifts.
