What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates with any level of electric apprenticeship training. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we're looking for individuals who live within the required service area (see the Residence Requirement Map in the Apprentice Lineman Job Description) who bring a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed. We'll provide the training and support you need to grow in your career.

What You'll Do

As you progress through our Apprentice Lineman Training program, you will:

• Safely maintain, repair, and install components of overhead and underground electric and fiber distribution systems
• Use tools and equipment, read system maps, and perform supervised work on de-energized lines, progressing to energized lines
• Install system equipment, such as voltage regulators and capacitors
• Learn substation operations
