Job summary

Lagrangechamber is seeking a Journeyman/Apprentice Lineman for the Stapleton outpost in Minnesota. This role involves the construction and maintenance of electrical distribution, substation, and transmission lines. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with relevant training and certifications preferred.

Expected duties include supervising work, performing line tasks, and providing customer service for Custer Public Power. Housing and on-call requirements will be discussed during the application process.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform all types of line work with or without supervision.
• Capable of assisting and supervising Apprentice Linemen and Ground man.
• Completion of training programs required for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction and maintenance of district transmission, substation, and distribution facilities.
• Represent Custer Public Power District to customers.
• Ensure on-call requirements are met through appropriate housing and residency.
