Job summary

BLS Electrical is seeking Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians for a large industrial project in Northern Colorado. This full-time role offers night shift differential, round-the-clock hours, per diem pay, and extensive overtime opportunities while you work on a major industrial site.

Apprentices may earn $32–$40/hr and Journeymen up to $50/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance. Must have Colorado licenses and be located near Windsor, CO.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Apprentice Electrician License.
• At least 2 years of commercial electrical experience.
• Experience with conduit bending, wire pulls, and basic installs.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to grow.
• Journeyman: 4+ years of commercial or industrial experience; ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems including conduit, feeders, panels, wiring, and lighting.
• Run underground conduit and perform wire pulls.
• Read and execute work from blueprints and electrical plans.
• Complete clean, code-compliant installations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems as needed.
• Work closely with team members and other trades on site.

• 4+ years of commercial or industrial experience
• Strong skills in layout, conduit, feeders, panels, and lighting
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation to the Northern, CO jobsite
• Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
