Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the U.S. This program trains you from Apprentice to Jeweler, with hands-on polishing, jewelry repair basics, and administrative duties.

You will interact with stores and customers while learning in a structured, promote-from-within environment. Your path starts with administrative tasks and customer service, then progresses toward bench skills and a certification journey designed to

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
• Complete administrative/clerical tasks and photo jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Learn basic jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control.
• Train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler within a promote-from-within program.
