Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. You will begin with administrative duties and polishing, then progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through our full training program.

As an Apprentice, you will learn jewelry repair basics, customer service, and intake processes while rotating through Design & Service Centers that value a promote-from-within career path.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks and customer service.
• Interact with stores and customers for intake/tracking.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn polishing and basic jewelry repair under training.
• Progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler within a promote-from-within program.
