Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Begin with administrative/clerical tasks and customer service, learn jewelry repair basics, and progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through our full training program.

You will gain hands-on jewelry experience, work with stores and customers, and advance from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within journey within our Design & Service Centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some jewelry knowledge or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work varying hours including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative/clerical tasks and customer service.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Assist with shipping/receiving.
• Learn jewelry repair basics and progress toward bench Jeweler.
• Support stores and customers to deliver a customer-first experience.
