Signet Jewelers in the United States invites applicants for entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to grow from administrative duties to bench work. We provide a full training program to elevate you from Apprentice to Jeweler, with opportunities for advancement through our promote-from-within path.

As an Apprentice, you will handle customer service, interact with stores and customers, complete clerical tasks, and learn jewelry repair basics such as polishing and quality control while you train toward

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform administrative tasks and customer service duties.
• Coordinate with stores and customers to process jewelry intake.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Learn jewelry repair basics, starting with polishing and quality control.
• Train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler within a promote-from-within program.
