Job summary

Signet Jewelers in the United States is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Start as an Apprentice completing administrative tasks and polishing jewelry, with a clear path to becoming a Bench Jeweler through our full training program.

You will support customer service, interact with stores and customers, and learn jewelry repair basics while advancing through a promote-from-within environment focused on a Customer-First experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative/clerical tasks and customer service.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and quality control.
• Learn basic jewelry repair starting with polishing and progress toward bench skills.
• Progress through our training journey in a promote-from-within environment.
