Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You will begin with administrative responsibilities, customer service, and clerical tasks while learning jewelry repair basics, polishing, and quality control.

As you progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, you’ll train in a dedicated Design & Service Center and gain hands-on experience across stores and customers, all within a promote-from-within culture and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Administrative responsibilities, including customer service and interaction with stores and customers.
• Completion of clerical tasks and photography of jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control.
• Training journey from Apprentice to Bench Jeweler within a promote-from-within environment.
