Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Team in Indiana. Start as an Apprentice completing administrative tasks, polishing jewelry, and learning the basics of jewelry repair as you train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

As an Apprentice you will handle customer service, store communications, and photography for intake/tracking, with a full training program designed to promote you within our promote-from-within environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from the ground up, including customer service and coordinating with stores and customers.
• Complete administrative/clerical tasks and photography of jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control.
• Train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within environment.
