Job summary

Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest specialty retailer of diamond jewelry, is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Design & Service Center Teams. As an Apprentice, you will learn the business from the ground up, including customer service, administrative tasks, photography for intake/tracking, and basic jewelry repair as you train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required
• Some jewelry knowledge or jewelry repair/design preferred
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime

Responsibilities

• Learn jewelry trade from apprentice to jeweler through a full training program
• Perform administrative tasks and customer service interactions with stores and customers
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and assist with basic jewelry repair tasks
