Job summary

Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest specialty retailer of diamond jewelry, is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Start as an Apprentice, handling administrative tasks and polishing jewelry, with a clear path to becoming a Bench Jeweler.

You will learn jewelry repair basics, photography for intake/tracking, and customer service while training toward a bench jeweler.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and customer service in a Design & Service Center.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair and polishing.
• Collaborate with stores and customers in a fast-paced environment.
