Job summary

Snow Summit LLC in Running Springs, CA, seeks seasonally employed instructors to train children and adults in skiing and snowboarding, supporting all Ski and Ride School departments to ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience.

Located at Snow Valley Resort, the role offers starting pay of $19.00–$20.88 per hour, with opportunities to develop teaching skills and enjoy West Coast winter recreation.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for completing the training process for teaching children and/or adults how to ski and/or snowboard, while providing support to all Ski and Ride School departments in order to create a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

This position is located at Snow Valley Resort in Running Springs.

Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Must be an effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests with respect and maturity
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and guest policies
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
