Alliance Group is seeking a full-time Install Apprentice in South Burlington, VT to join our growing Install/Construction team – We will train the right person!!

This position will assist in plumbing repairs, including piping repairs, hot water heater replacements, toilets, faucets, and backflows, while learning to perform commercial plumbing repairs safely and efficiently. Strong communication, problem solving, time management and customer service are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of general construction experience preferred.
• Energetic, collaborative team player.
• Able to follow directions and work safely.
• Familiarity with Build-Ops platform preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be a U.S. citizen or work permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of new HVAC systems and refrigerant piping.
• Maintain open communication with foreman and project manager.
• Keep documentation and records up to date.
• Work safely using required PPE.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Select tools and equipment needed to complete jobs.
