Alliance Group is seeking a full-time Install Apprentice in South Burlington, VT to join our growing Install/Construction team – We will train the right person!! This role supports plumbing repairs, including piping, hot water heater replacements, toilets, faucets, and backflows, and learns safe, efficient commercial plumbing repairs and installations.

This position emphasizes communication, problem solving, time management, and customer service while collaborating with experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• Six months of general construction experience preferred.
• Energetic, collaborative team player with good communication.
• Ability to follow directions and demonstrate problem solving.
• Knowledge of Build-Ops platform is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal communication and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of new HVAC systems and refrigerant piping.
• Maintain communication with technicians, foreman, and project manager.
• Keep documentation and records up to date.
• Work safely with required PPE and follow safety policies.
• Determine tools and equipment needed to complete jobs.
