Qualifications

• Entry-level HVAC role; no prior HVAC experience required or expected.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain EPA 608 certification and register as an apprentice with CT DOL.

Responsibilities

• Travel across Greater New Haven County and central Connecticut to inspect and service heating and cooling systems.
• Clean and inspect units, replace filters, and perform safety checks.
• Document findings with notes and photos; learn operation of HVAC systems in real-world settings.
• Work on 40–50 systems per month to gain hands-on experience.
