JOB SUMMARY

This position will assist the HVAC Technician in the service, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

JOB DUTIES

1. Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
2. Determines general condition of HVAC systems, can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs.
3. Consistently maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
4. Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
5. Wears floor savers while in the client’s home.
6. Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Passed an HVAC training program or 1 year's on-the-job HVAC service experience.
3. NATE certification preferred.
4. Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
5. Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
6. Clean driving record.
