Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Apprentice - HR to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR. The individual will primarily support new joiner induction, employee engagement initiatives, and HRBP analytics / ops while gaining hands‑on experience across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

New Joiner Induction & Onboarding

• Welcome and assist new employees on their joining day
• Coordinate induction schedules and logistics (conference rooms, materials, system access)
• Facilitate or support induction sessions and company orientation programs
• Act as the first point of contact for new joiners for any queries

Employee Engagement Support

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events
• Coordinate logistics for town halls, celebrations, and team‑building initiatives
• Support employee surveys, feedback collection, and analysis
• Help drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture

HR Operations & Coordination

• Prepare reports and dashboards related to onboarding and engagement
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBP, Admin, IT, Payroll) for seamless operations
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
