Join our friendly team as an Assistant/Junior Gutter Installer! In this role, you'll assist with the installation and maintenance of high-quality gutter systems while learning from experienced professionals in the field. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working outdoors, and values teamwork.

Requirements:

1. Two years of experience in construction.
2. Positive attitude.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work outdoors in HOT weather conditions/seasons.
5. Interest in growing with the company.
6. Willingness to work overtime.
7. Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus but not a requirement!

Compensation:

Hourly Position $18.75 - $22.50 (Starting salary based on experience)

Required experience:

1. Must be 18 or older.
2. Must have a valid driver's license.
